You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Data & Content
You retain ownership of your data. We process data to operate the Service consistent with the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post changes with an updated effective date.
